In the mid nineties, there were predictions of a crash in the consul industry. New technology from sega and a new competitor would close the door on that possibility. In may 19 95, sega and sony both unveiled the next generation of gaming at the electronic entertainment expot in los angeles. Tom kolinski was not happy with the success of the new threed game, but not for the reasons you would think.
