Disinformation

The atlantic magazine in the university of chicago recently had a conference on disinformation. The keynote speaker was president obama who, he said, defined this information as a systematic effort to either promote false information or suppresh true information for the purpose of political gain and financial gain. And the united states has used this information since the dawn of or of our independence.
