i'm religious about protecting my mornings, mainly because i know that between six and nine a m are literally the time when i get the most writing done. There's a lot of interesting work on cercadian rhythms which would suggest that older dilts often do better in the morning. I think it's more important for someone to observe themselves when they're at that peak performance. And then schedule things that other people don't o or i don't see people doing.
