The Importance of Age in Founders
I think that's a huge opportunity because a lot of talent is a home as well for various things and something that they struggle with. I realized that founders have enough gun like there's enough happening on Twitter but what they don't really have is executors and problem solvers. It has always been that you know you can be whatever age you want but if you're coming with that written strategy to be able to execute. That is enough of sort of enough for me to sustain in the startup ecosystem. And then this is what I think everybody ends up losing out from the HR advisory front right. They are so transactional in the approach in terms of focusing on bigger companies and big ticket sizes
