A 29 person court, at the very least, means that, instead of getting five justices on board for an opinion, you get 15. And that's going to be much harder. Getting 15 people to agree on anything, even 15 people who are of the same party, is hard. Conservatives have six people on the supreme court. They only have five for their completely radicalized view of abortion. Imagine if they had to get ten more to make a decision, i promise you, it wouldn't be this radical.
