The Power of Reluctant Leadership

The Prophet Joel talks about when the Spirit is poured out on everyone. The real thing here would be if everybody could receive it and that was always the thing is everybody steps up. So that's actually how a leader serves is they are constantly empowering everybody else That's what you do.
