An open door policy is not the best idea. One hoa created a policy that the before complaint can come to the hoa manager it must come to they must address it with the other homeowner first so if you have a complaint against the other homeowner I'm kind of torn with that one because you may be getting some this person harassing other people and what if it turns into a stalker situation is that a possibility?
