You Can't Do Everything at Once
Our minds actually consolidate learning and memory when they're idle. So you cannot fill 100 % of your waking hours with shit. We need down time. It's a machine ther you can't drive a car 24 hours a day. And the same principle of progressive outlet ing applies to attention as well. Don't immediately think you can do everything. Start small and build from there, cause you can't. You can't do everything at once. For me like truly embracing in your multiplicity, all o the different parts of you, i think is much more simple than it would appear to most people.
