Instead of saying, let's break it down, instead of saying, oh, this is the year i finally lose 20 pounds, i'm going to lose 20 pounds in 20 20,. Im but instead of say that, let's say, i am an athlete who fuels her body with nutritious food and trains hard six times a week. You gus, that is such a difference. And guess what? When you embrace that i am statement, you write it down every damned day, your actions change. The things that you do change to meet that identity.
