Kyrie Irving Could Sue New York for Tortuously Interfering in His Ability to Do a Contract
Kyrie Irving was not playing for the Nets because he couldn't play home games correctly. Sean Marks came out and actually said, hey, not only was an ultimatum, but it's not, we can't force anyone to take the vaccine. That's a personal choice. But then he said there was a pre, there was a statewide mandate for vaccinations,. And once those mandates came in, we knew that Irving couldn't play, which is true. So contract talks stalled.
