Leading companies in the world have adopted Moore's law as their technology strategy. The first microprocessor was designed by basically three people, Hough, Fajin and Stan Maser. Today one of our microprocessors may take a team of 500, 600, 700 engineers to do the physical design but it's all predicated on strong engineering talent. A bachelor's degree really is not sufficient capability.
