Maggie, thanks for joining us this morning. What's top of my view now as you look across the markets? The risks that we're not pricing in. Earnings disappointments and installation coming back are two big risks. I was reading earlier today that retail investors are more optimistic now than they have been at any time in the past 27 months. This is just sending off a lot of alarm bells.
