Aortic Stinosis - What a Great Nuance!
Drowning and single motor vehicle collision are two specific things to ask about. It should be standard practice for everyone to escultate people's heart if their complaint is syncope. An aortic murmur in someone with tyncope might very well be highly suggestive of aortic stinosis. And that will be your time to go to old fashioned party tricks to check for parvis and tartis and bracio radial delay.
