Khrushchev's Nuclear Offer to Cuba

Krushchev came up with the idea to offer Cuban allies Soviet nuclear missiles. Fidel Castro described the meeting in which the Soviets made the nuclear offer. Khrushchev ruled out actually launching the nuclear missiles, saying quote, not in any case would Soviet missiles in Cuba be used.
