"I always have been a man's on athletes a pro cyclist your heart rate was huge you're resting heart rate because they would say you got a top athlete the resting heart rate is generally a lot lower than the norm and their ability to max it out we used to test your heart rate max it kind of went along with VO2 max it was an indicator," he said. "It was contrary to the pattern of my normal healthy sleep yeah well so sleep so heart rate is the next one and that you know I was enamored."
