Abraham lensnick: Can i want to go back to the stheme of management for leadership? Aus? I feel like this has been a a very, very old debate. Some people say we don't even use the word manager any more. And then other companies i talk to, all their titles are management titles. So you think there is a very clear distinction between management and leadership,. We actually need both inside of a company. Rigt absolutely, we need both. But i'm not trying to say management as bad, leadership is good. They're both needed.
