Do You Have a Customer Focus?
How do you work with your business partners understand sort of the value that you're delivering? I think a lot of this is just about talking to people, that's it. And i've always tried to have just regular meetings in the calendar with whoever im thinking is kind of the crucial stakeholders at any point in time. Have you been in a situation where you feel like the organization is maybe pushing you away from delivering value or there's some one in the chain who may not have understood that? That is a really interesting question that i can't answer in a tactful way, in a way that the publican here would be able to tell you.
