In America, since 1990, we have gone from 21.8% of women being the financial heads to a 2019 study that stated that 46.1% were heads. In black households, that number peaked at 52.5%. And I think people are mad because they equate money with power and furthermore, money with respect. So when we talk about men earning less, they fear we are also talking about them providing and being valued less. It doesn't feel too good, does it?
