Inorganic phosphate has potent ar inhebitory effects on contractil function. So through a number of mechanisms, it reduces the capacity of our muscle to respond to the signals being sent by the nervous system. And because they have such potent effects on contracte function, newr muscular function will be rapidly impaired during severe intensity exercise. I think that, i don't know that there are differences in the new muscular mechanisms between severe and extreme intensity exercise,. Other than probably the same mechanisms, but just occurring at a much greater rate during, during extreme verses, severeintensity exercise. It's better too, to aim lower, rather than higherexactly that makes it so.
