Is CSS Still Being Used?

Most little tools that you make internally, most little things, usually you don't really need SCSS for that or SaaS. I know a lot of people that will just refuse to use CSS anymore because they just know how SCSS works from top to bottom and nesting is the only way of life kind of thing. But I don't think that that's everyone. There is certainly a comfort zone when it comes to these things, even if they're more complex.
