The Importance of Uninterrupted Work

We're being interrupted more frequently and because the expectations of immediate response have gone up. That leads us to having a lot less time flat out, but also far fewer moments of uninterrupted stretches of time. And I think that's tragic. We need to figure out a way to get all the work we need to get done in that amount of time.
