i feel like i'm giving away some of my tiny, tiny bit of tools that i have used with individuals that i work with. They don't really listen anyway. If there is any plan something out in advance to let them take aim at it. It can be the best decision tht there ever was. But if the other people on your team aren't committed to fulfilling what it's going to take to actually implement that decision then it wasn't realy that good of a decision after all. I will admit to using this method, which might sound manipulative, but if it is manipulation that get us to a greater outcome, that gets us to a better quality decision. And oh,
