I think we'll have a good idea this year of really how long this war is going to last. Putin in his kind of New Year speech to Russian people seemed to be preparing his public for a long fight. Ukraine also knows it can't win a war of attrition. And so I think this is the year when Western countries, you know, might feel some fatigue and lose some patience.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine desperately needs tanks to fight Russia. The US, which has provided many other weapons, is refusing.
