How to Find a Great Writer
In the beginning, you know, it wasn't me or her writing the articles. We hired a copywriter to take the content we'd built for our knowledge base and expand upon it. And so again, it's the support person that's writing or both of them actually are writing almost all of our content. So I would say she's a very good writer, but she's not a writer. You know, that's not her career path.
