I think the intuition is to assume that they're more strategic and rational. But nonetheless, they have the same operating system as anyone else. There's a lot of theories I've seen, some of which is that his health is not doing great. Some people think he might have terminal cancer or something like that. So he's just going mad king like, I don't have anything to lose.
