Arc Storm

The name Arc Storm implies it's a once in a thousand year event. It turns out that that storm in 1862 actually wasn't the worst storm and wasn't even close. So what Arc Storm is then is a model of what a storm, the similar size of the one that happened in 1862 would do to the California infrastructure and economy today. But before we dive into what that could look like, what they've kind of scenarioed out as far as what they believe will happen and how badly think it will be, I think it would be important to have Kellen speak to a little bit about what atmospheric rivers are.
