The Importance of Volatility in Options Trading
As call prices increase, the odds or opportunity for you to make money on calls goes down. Those are great times to arguably sell calls against my long stock positions. There's a lot of elements or signals that hate. This is overdone, we're due for a pause or some pullback. And so, again, this is one of these shorter term signals or volatility signals that can be very effective for a longer term trader or investor.
