VC Funding Is One of the Most Phenomenal Tools in Venture Capital
I still believe that venture capital as a model applied properly is one of the most phenomenal tools in sort of I guess capitalism to promote innovation. The first venture capital funds were to build ships to go into the ocean right so that that was the venture and it's lasted you know America popularized it in the early 80s or was it late 70s. When I was kind of graduating from my masters and looking at VC it was still very small as an industry in Europe like it was. It has been a bit of a recent trend where young people who want to start their careers are gravitating towards Venture Capital rather than banking.
