The gut is the center where we digest our emotions and process them energetically. People who ate fermented foods had a less chance of ending up hospitalized with COVID just because they were eating more fermented foods. Depression being the biggest mental health disorder, 11 to 15% of people worldwide suffer from depression. There does seem to be a certain gut type, even though it might be slightly different in different parts of the world that are anti-inflammatory.
