This is a yellow wine from the jura. Yellow wines are extremely long aged. This particular wine was eight years in cask. It also got these very interesting sherry like, salty, complex aromas and flavours to it. People drink it after a meal. They'll drink it before a meal. I think it's a bit out there, it's delicious. And forget the chestnuts,.
