Do You Think You Can Restrict Calories?

If you eat a very large meal and then stop eating, your not in the fasting period right there. It'll be a number of hours later, where you're actually in a post absorptive state. So both content and size of the meal play a big role there. Some people feel that, particularly i struggle with kind of bolated conditions. For some people this is good; for others it's bad. Its ind in the realm of speculation at this point.
