Raymond: I would break it up into Mondays, the rest of the week and Fridays because they were so different mainly due to travel. After I would kick off on Monday, usually around 6am, depending 6am flights. You did have a bit of like the coronite seep on Sunday night that you'd hopefully make up with on the flight on Monday morning. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays though I would argue were your classic consultant days. For some reason everyone in the consulting room that I came across was surprisingly very fit. The whole notion of advising kind of buildates himself on day one.
