The Importance of Women in Science

British women have always been encouraged to become scientists. Even if it was not Mary Curie, right? Don't think of a famous British female scientist. We've had plenty and I'm a mines come blank. My biggest concern is that we're falling behind on a lot of other stuff,. Like industry related stuff that keeps our civilization alive.
