The SRU Guidelines for Surgical Resection

SRU guidelines recommend a maximum of three years of follow-up. Produnculated bore on the warm morphology and pedunculated with thin stalk morphology are considered extremely low risk. Pedunculated polyps with a thick or wide stalk and Cesar polyps are considered low risk. Bocal warthickening adjacent to a polyp is considered intermediate risk. Upsize with each criteria then determines management recommendations.
