The act of seeing someone is about, now I would like to be friends with you. So we have every year, one week in which everyone in the company flies out into a new city. The only point is to just eat and drink and do stuff together. And then our customers loved it. Our customers love that my colleague is working next to the hospital rather than next to me. That's what the customer wants, not sat in the office with me doing culture.
