Is There a Context Collapse?
As a company scales and grows, more information will become a dentally siloed. If i were doing it all again, i would make sure that two fundamental things were in place. Put the focus on we will always have our goals and our objectives. O krs, whatever you use, they will always be public to every function in the company,. And why that is important is that even as a company ales and accompany grows and the amount of information becomes vast. The right question is, have you taught me how to search what I need to find when i need to find it?
