How Do You Keep a Facebook Group Going?

How do you keep something that big going while still maintaining all of the other things that you have going on in your life? I feel like for me, although I'm very active within the community, it's really community led. So a lot of my energy now is focused on sourcing content for our blog and making sure that we have more programs run. We really want to work on offering scholarships and things like that.
