There's a trend that we're starting to see where privacy law is being tied to other objectives, right? And in progressive states, that might be reproductive rights. In conservative states, that may be parental rights. So how do we get rid of the shoddy provisions? Is there a possibility to ask for some form of constitutional review or can a judge say, well, these provisions are just not applicable because they are contradictory?
