The Effects of Environmental Variables on Horse Lovers' Behavior

The main finding that we had there was that exactly as we had observed in the lab, the horse lovers fed into screech patterns. They would stop for a period and then they'd take another middle. The other finding is that environmental variables can alter that pattern, not remove it but alter it. On overcast days when they weren't constrained but the midday heat they didn’t spend any more time feeding than what they did when they were constrained on sunny days. That suggested very strongly that what they're doing is they're trying to balance their diet.
