Introduction
Figures from London-wide LMCs suggest that around half of the capital's practices have vacancies for GPs. That's up from just under a third 12 months ago, so it's quite a rapid rise. We're also discussing what the RCGP believes needs to happen to boost GP retention. And we'll be looking at the BMAs decision to ballot junior doctors on industrial action.
