How to Use Trip Wires for Home Assistants

I need a fail safe in case for whatever reason the Bluetooth chip could be not sent scanning devices or, you know, literally what's more common is our phone batteries have run out. And we don't want an alarm to just start going off at three in the morning when you come home one night after the pub and exactly waking up your neighborhood. So there's no, I don't think there's an official integration with this for home assistant.
