Introduction
Pope Francis has confirmed further restrictions on the traditional Latin Mass in particular as it relates to parishes. A lot of bishops were in a way ignoring Tritianus Costotis, and the way they were doing that is an appeal to Canon 87 which we're going to talk about today. Canon 87 is a way for the good of souls to not strictly follow canon law.
