We need to be doing something creative and meaningful with our lives. Make sure that you practise it daily, even if it's as a hobby. We need to stop the knee jerk reactions. Get yourself out of the situation. Do not react. Make a plan to remove yourself before you lose it. Just walk out. Give yourself some space. Everything always looks better in the morning.
