Corelli Ranch neurodavola is probably our most acidic site. It has a 3.4 pH after fermentation, but it might have been lower than that. Neurodavola seems to have like, I feel like medium to high acidity. The ability to maintain really nice acidity and hot climates was another thing that drew me to the grape.
