Is There a Hannibal TV Show?

i was on an airplane, and i had just finished writing a script. I'm going to go to new york and see a bunch of plays and theatre. And when i first met they were like, we want to do hannibal rising the t v shos iton do thato was there. The coolest part of his life was when he was a practising psychiatrist and a practising cannibal which hadn't been adapted in any of the movies or any ofther works. So why not embrace that and explore that and make that show?
