The image was allegedly taken by two to three individuals in scotland in the early nineties. The story goes they were just in a place that, for one reason or another, happened to have this object fly by. If it is an individual's photograph, why couldn't neck pop speak on it? Why do you think neck may be saying that it's classified when it's someone's personal property? Ad, i'm more familiar with us copyright law versus what it would be over seas. But in short, i'm not too surprised, because, you know, nik's going to be very, very careful with his previous oaths and security clearances to not overstep.
