The Lens of Artistic Masking in the Workplace

Autism has been this really unique lens, especially because it's been so prevalent in like ta and ic offwar ring. More companies are now becoming aware of what they're terming lignero divergence. So we mask so that those things don't happen to us. But at the same time, that creates immense internal consequences. It can create a feeling of self alienation. And i think even when a workplace says 'it's ok to be a little bit more hectic' you want yourself to bring your whole selfslike ye, do cool stuff.
