The Reflex of Sexual Arousal

Sexual arousal is an automatic response and not necessarily linked to enjoyment or consent. It can be triggered without intent or consent from the person being aroused. An erection, vaginal lubrication and orgasm are all uncontrollable responses to the stimuli of sex. For most people, excitement and lust go hand in hand with sexual arousal. But as anyone who's struggled to get an erection or has had to reach for the lube will tell you, those two things do also not going hand in hand.
