The Importance of Keeping Your Technique Fresh

I think sometimes as well that we, like exactly what you say, if you've used a technique several times under quite a long period, it kind of feels like, oh, my God, yeah, there's going to think this is just ridiculous. You know, that even recording sometimes could be a shortcut. Is it too easy to go back to it and say, well, just hit play as opposed to putting somebody through? Right.
