When the sovi union collapsed, my immediate family, we had the chance to leave. And i got really interested in just how people expressed themselves through all these various identities. In europe it felt like a mono identity in a lot of ways, because there's so much heritage and culture. Bu then come to e us, and you start seeing this melting pot, in a sense, ir all tis different influences.
